Sign in with Microsoft most companies choose this Your team uses the work account they already have. No new passwords, no second set of logins to manage. If your staff sign in to Outlook, Teams or SharePoint with a work email, this is the one you want. How it starts: we send your named administrator a one-time link. They open it, sign in with their own Microsoft work account, and approve the connection once. From that moment everyone at your company can sign in with the account they already use — and people who leave your company lose access to Nexuss automatically when you disable their account. You don't have to remember to tell us. You need: Microsoft 365 or Entra ID, and someone who can approve a new application for your organisation. If you're not sure who that is, it's usually whoever manages your Microsoft 365 accounts.

Nexuss accounts We create sign-ins on Nexuss itself — an email address and a password each person sets. Nothing to connect, no Microsoft account needed, and no involvement from your IT provider. How it starts: we create your administrator's account and send them the details. They add everyone else from inside Nexuss. Choose this if: you don't use Microsoft 365, your Microsoft setup is managed by someone you'd rather not wait on, or you'd prefer these accounts kept separate from your company's own.
